      Entrevista

      They held a group interview, 1/2 of the people schedule didn't show up. They walk us in this room and we were asked to introduce our selves,after that they played TV commercial about the company. We went on a tour to the place, after that we walked back in the room,this lady brings a laptop computer and she was trying to show us the system and how she responds to costumers inquiry, she was skipping the calls were people was complaining, I was suspicious as to why she didn't want to us to know about the unhappy costumers. Then they said we had to take a language test. They only give you ten minutes, They test your English grammar and the other languages that you speak. In the end they said I had failed the other language, and that I scored below their expectations.They only pay 12.25 an hour for a very high pressure job. No wonder why they are always hiring. Run away! I'm grateful for not being selected.

      Entrevista

      The interview process for me took roughly a week between the first contact and the offer to work with them. 1st phone screening and then an assessment day with different activities. Play role, language test, interview. Very interactive with great approach how the company works. It was really engaging and was at ease in every step that it just felt natural and fun to keep going throughout the day.
