I applied online (through their website) and was given a phone screening interview on the same day in the evening. The phone screen was unexpected and I was not as well prepared.

I got a contact from booking,com to set up phone interview. They ask me to have phone interview following day midday. HR team is in oversea somewhere in Asian Pacific area. I got a call from singapore and japan. The phone interview was about 20 min and they ask a lot of questions like more than 10 questions. It was difficult interview and I think i can feel that the hr didnt like my answer and just waiting to finish.
