It was very professional, overall a good experience, i applied through LinkedIn even though i did not had alot of Product Owner experience under my belt. They emailed me for an Interaction interview. the HR was very professional and called on aloted time. it was about half an hour call where the HR asked very theoretical questions about a Product Owner, A/B Testing and several others. Later he asked about relocation.
All went good, anyways, i got a rejection letter stating that since my experience in this field is still less and the guy they want for this position must be more hands on with the product and more experienced.

Recruiter screening where you need to use all buzz words, 3 improvements to Booking.com product - presentation to 2 product owners on conference. The entire process needed mention and explanation of A/B testing and ecommerce analytics. if you are not an analyst, i would not recommend this job.

Exactly the interview questions from all other product owner candidates.
* Describe the product you lead in your previous job, explain a case and how you ideated, implemented, tested. You will be questioned on this for about 30 min of the 45 min.
* Focus on the data driven aspect.. This role needs a A/B tester who can explain KPIs and metrics for a ecommerce case. it does not need a product roadmap manager or visionary .
*The you need to make a case study of 3 improvements you suggest to booking.com. The interviewers did not finish my previous job case study and did not make enough time to go through the improvements I had proposed in my case study.
* I feel negative because I am a product owner who leads an ecommerce product and the ask was for a A/B testing data analyst

Globalement, les entretiens se sont bien passés, je recommande aux candidats de bien se préparer car c'est des entretiens concrets et qui se déroulent de façon très pragmatique.
