5 rounds - background screening, HR phone interview, manager skype interview, other manager skype interview, finally live interview with HeadOf. All rounds were very interesting, lot of questions, everyone was polite and kind and the job also seemed interesting. I made it to the final round (altogether it took 5 weeks to have the 5 rounds, and every week I spent 1 hour with the interview + of course some preparation time before the interview). The only problem was: after 5 rounds, after the final round I waited 2 weeks for an answer - they just forgot to notice me that I did not get the job. I needed to go after the HR personnel and call them if they could please give me an answer. HR picked up and said: sorry, days are very busy, that is why we did not have time to notice you that we did not choose you. I was interesting for HR until I was a potential candidate, I guess, and not anymore after they did not choose me...
