They called me after the time we set up so i think because of thet the interview was relaxed , he talked about the company, their culture, diversity, benefits, shift, training (4 first weeks) and then he started to make question.

There is a French and English Test. Then you have an interview with a manager and they ask you behavours questions about who you are in a company, what do you know about booking.com

After a phone call interview, you will be asked to interview at the office. The process takes about 3 hours including company's presentation, language tests : English and the language you applied for ( grammar and reading comprehension); next is a phone call role play in the language you applied; then a face to face interview with CS team lead and HR manager
