Really Bad experience with company like Booking. They claim that their status is like Google but Never thought that they follow this much unprofessional interview process. 1. Applied on LinkedIn, Got call from recruiter. 2. 1st Round, taken by panel and Hiring Manager, cleared round, and 2nd round was scheduled. 3. Joined 2nd round, Panel did not joined. Called HR, got to know that panel had already declined the meeting, but HR did not notice and did not inform me. She told that she will get it rescheduled. 4. Follow up with HR, she told she will check with Panel from Amsterdam, they could be on leaves due to Christmas Holiday. 5. Got rejection mail on Christmas Day, that was Holiday. Without 2nd Round. Really did not expect such process from so much reputed company.
