The Chief compliance director for Ireland was unfriendly and looked as if she did not want to be in the interview. The questions asked were around stakeholder management, what you want out of your career, how you work with business partners and how you present information to senior stakeholders vs the board.

I applied online and was contacted next day by HR for a screener. Screener went really well and I had a Hiring Manager interview the next week. I thought the hiring manager interview went well but it's now 2 weeks later and I haven't heard a word, despite follow-up on my end. Pretty disappointed that such an innovative company cannot bother to keep candidates apprised of the interview process/I wouldn't have expected interview ghosting from Square.
