Interview went well. Make sure you do your homework and research about the company. Long story short : Recruiter told me that I made it as the finalist candidate(4 rounds of interviews). I knew I was going to have a job offer sent my way because I clicked really well with all of my interviewers. *2 weeks later* Unfortunately, when I was told that they are still trying to make a decision on the right candidate, I found out that the CEO fired 900 people on zoom. This was my dream job and it was sad to see how things were going for this company. From there, I knew that I was not going to get a job offer. The recruiter reached back out to me and said "You're still the finalist candidate but we have decided to pause the hiring". It honestly sucks that I put days of practicing for this interview but hey, I saw this whole situation as a sign to not work for this company. I also found out that one of my interviewers was a part of the 900 people who got let go. It was sad and I honestly felt really bad for the guy. Super cool and humble dude. Would I apply again? The answer is No. I wish all the best for the employees there.

I applied online at Better.com and received an email the following day to schedule an initial (30) minute phone interview with a recruiter. The recruiter was very friendly - she asked basic interview questions. At the end of the phone call she let me know she wanted to push me through to the next stage of the interviewing process. I received an email to schedule a hour slot for a zoom call. I also received an email with a couple assessments I had to complete before the interview. The assessments consisted of a basic personality test, an aptitude test, and a couple prompt questions that I had to do a written response for. The final interview was an hour zoom call split into two (30) minutes interviews. Both interviews were with one person at a time, both recruiters I believe. The first interview consisted of some questions and a mock sales call. They send you the prompt for the mock call along with the assessments so you have time to prepare what you will say. They did not throw any curveballs with the mock call, it was very straight forward. I had about 5 minutes in between interviews to get some water or use the bathroom. The second interview was very casual and felt more like a conversation than it did an interview. She asked a few questions, we talked a lot about what the company has to offer, and ended the last 10 minutes with any questions I had for her. The final interview was on a Friday morning and I got a call from my recruiter late Friday evening to offer me the position. The entire process took about 2 weeks. Overall there was quite a bit of effort that went into the whole process, but if you practice your answers and do well on your mock call you will have no issues.
