Entrevista
Terrible interview experience! DO NOT WORK FOR THIS COMPANY - THEY HAVE TERRIBLE PEOPLE RUNNING IT - READ ON!!!
I matched with them on a job advert website. I did a phone screen with them and after that did a phone interview with another person.
The first phone call was decent - basic interview questions. After that I went for an onsite interview at their New York office. The interviewer was over ten minutes late to the interview and there is no receptionist so I was just sat there waiting which is very inconsiderate. After the interview they said I was through to the next round. They said the next round was the final round and I would meet with 3 people.
Then afterwards they told me the next interview I would ONLY meet with the interviewer again.
I met the interviewer again for another interview.
After this they said the next round would be the final round. Then the scheduled me separately for one interview with the same person YET AGAIN and one with another interviewer. I met with another person for an interview. He seemed quite clueless on how to manage relationships with clients. He thought just because someone is paying then the vendor has to do whatever the client asks for! He is a CLUELESS IDIOT!
The next interviewer came in after for our interview and said he had to "reschedule" because he had an "urgent client issue". So my interview that day was canceled - HIGHLY UNPROFESSIONAL.
The next week I met another person at the company. He doesn't know what he's doing - clueless individual. He is hoping that someone "will buy them for a billion dollars". Let's see how that works out for him. Another low intelligence individual. The interview was scheduled for 30 minutes but he "ran out of questions" after 19 minutes and then the interview ended.
Finally a week or two later I had another interview in person.
A few days later they did a phone call and said they would extend and offer and wanted to check references. They also wanted to know my previous compensation which is ILLEGAL under New York State Law. I gave my references. They checked them and said they were fine. Then a few days later they called to say they had "changed their mind" and were going to RESCIND THE OFFER because they wanted to "hire someone's friend instead".
THIS COMPANY IS FULL OF LOW INTELLIGENCE AND HIGHLY UNETHICAL INDIVIDUALS.
THIS COMPANY IS A SINKING SHIP - AVOID THIS DEAD END COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
