The talk with manager went great, really enjoyed it. However, the HR takes a lot of time to answer, sometimes writes not really professional messages with lots of typos and etc.
Four interviews in total. One HR screening phone call. One with line manager. And two seperate interviews with team members. Was all somewhat conversational. Last 2 meetings were based on questions about the company’s principles.
I went through four interviews in the hiring process. The First one was the initial 30 minute phone call with HR. Then a 45 minute interview with the hiring manager. After that second round I had two other 45 minute interviews (one in German, one in French) with the director of the department, and a team member.
