these people are expert psychologist or at least have some backing them. If you are smart they’ll find a way to swindle you. They talk about nothing pertaining to the work. They will boast about culture. Keep in mind they sell you on the job. They will do a good job of doing by throwing numbers your way. Don’t mean anything. They are so nice. You’ll meet with the recruiter who will be swindling you to the best of their ability if you are overqualified. Then a manager who has no idea what he’s doing
The interview process with Angi was well spaced, efficient, clear and direct. I felt they were very informative, helpful in answering any questions or concerns I had about the position.
Fairly easy, 3 interviews all remote. The people I spoke with were all very nice. The process was not long or drawn out and very informative and transparent. I received the job within 2 weeks.
Interview process was a recruiter (not very knowledgeable), into sales manager (only manager for less than a year). The sales manager showed up late, and ended meeting early.
The sales manager was not a experienced sales leader. especially with his, obviously googled/company provided questions. He had been in the position for sale position for 3 year which were all during the boom of DIY home improvement.
