I had the "loop interview". I had some very good examples of the leadership principles. The bar raiser was very impressed. I did not receive an offer because I did not meeting the leadership principles. I got the feeling they used me to increase their rejection quota.

My interview was typical of most of my team and my peers, it was a four part interview: 1) recruiter phone screen; 2) hiring manager phone screen; 3) all-day interview, with hour sessions with 4-6 individuals (future team members, adjacent team members, completely independent senior interviewer for an objective view; and 4) writing sample.
