The process has at least three steps. First a meeting with the hiring manager, then with a HR person and finally a round of 4 short interviews called Loop with different persons.

Had a Phone screening with a manager first, no online assessment. Moved on to the 4 Loop interviews.
Each Loop interview was on 1-2 LPs. Need to prepare at least 8 solid stories for different LPs.
