Straight forward interview. I was asked about past expedience, what I can bring to the team & given expectations of the job. I was also asked about my strengths & weaknesses. Given hypothetical situations & had to explain how I would respond. They also left time to get to know me on a personal level as well as for any questions. Great interview & definitely show leadership cares about all no employees.

Quick and fast then a drug test, they just ask a few questions, I can’t remember all of the questions that they asked but it was way questions since it’s a driving job You just have to have drivers license and good driving history and pass background check

Do you have DBS are you able pass drug and alcohol test
Are you happy that role is self employed
Job is physically demanding
