Phone interview over Amazon chime with a peer or any manager from across the business from any location worldwide , this was brisk and straight to the point. The phone interview was done after weeks of back and forth with the HR trying to clarify expectations and some other personal matters

Generally conversational and asking about your resume and experience. After the assessment link is sent to you via HR, they can invite you for a phone screen. This phone screen generally lasts an hour.
They asked a lot of behavioral questions and it seemed like SQL/Data Analysis was heavily required. Would definitely recommend prepping all the common behavioral question. Also its important to know the core principles of Amazon
