Interview has gone for 3 rounds which took place in a hotel on 3rd May, 2015. First round was PIR where there will be a strict checking for communication skills. 2nd Round was a versant round which was a system based test in which your English language skills would be assessed along with typing skills. Another round of system test would be there in which I was not been through, rather I was directed to the final HR round.

The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.
