Lack of communication. DO NOT Interview for Contractor roles at Amazon unless you want to make less than $30-$40/hr. This is there Market rate for all recruiters and sources and it doesn't even matter how experienced you are. It is not worth it with them saying that this is a high level role. They don't accept negotiations, or sign on bonuses but they want you to trade in your arms and legs and hit you with a below market offer.
Insights Global is one of Amazons contract venders.
1st stage - Recruiter Edgar
2nd Stage - Meet with Site Manager that works with Amazon Hiring Managers - Wendy Chen
3rd Stage - Team interview with 1 or 2 hiring managers.
They make the interview process sound hard in the beginning on how amazon only hires elite people who lives and breaths their leadership principals and only can answer questions by using star method. This is not reasonable especially for the amount they pay by the hour.

Four separate one hour interviews that take place over the span of one day. Mix of behavioral questions and questions based around sourcing, metrics, sourcing strategies. To get hired into Amazon you must be demonstrating that you are raising the bar for the level you are interviewing for.

It took two rounds of interviews. The virtue interview lasted 1 hour. During the interview, have Asked several questions about your previous experience, recruit matrix, and pipeline. Amazon's leadership principles are fundamental. No feedback after being interviewed.

Entrevista
Very straightforward and not confusing. Tough but fair questions. Was a two part interview and got an offer after a few days. I don't have anything else I could say about the interview other than what I just said previously
