After initial mail contact with talent acquisition team, got an appointment to talk to one of their Software Engineering Manager. I was sent a link and at the time of the appointment I clicked on it and got connected in a conferencing app by Amazon.

Asked me to describe my current project and was going through the details I put in my resume, and asking me questions about that. He asked me about the flow of the software I was currently working on.
Very professional and straightforward. Was prepared properly in advance by the recruitment team and my expectations were met. The feedback was given in relatively short time and in general I would recommend going through their process.

- hiring manager screening call 1 week later (30 min)
- scheduled for about 3 weeks later - standard Interview Loop with 5-6 hour long sessions, some technical, some Leadership Principles/behavioral
- offer/salary negotiations
