Thee sourcer sentme their calender to self schedule. We then had a 30 minute phone screen whcih had teh regualr questiosn onmetrics, Tough requirements, req load etc. Then they asked me to complet and onlien behavioral assessment. It had subjective questions mostly to judge problem solving capabilities. The duration was 60 minutes or so. It was quote vague and open ended. I got a feedback after two days that they decided not to proceed with me . I'm not sure if I did horrible on the assessment or that was just an obligation since I sent my resume through a referral. Overall an OK experience.

As stated above They were interactive problem solving questions. Like there is a situation when the delivery guys are not delivering, How would you assess the situation, H Out if 10 employees , which one will you pick to discuss theri performce.
Four separate one hour interviews that take place over the span of one day. Mix of behavioral questions and questions based around sourcing, metrics, sourcing strategies. To get hired into Amazon you must be demonstrating that you are raising the bar for the level you are interviewing for.

It took two rounds of interviews. The virtue interview lasted 1 hour. During the interview, have Asked several questions about your previous experience, recruit matrix, and pipeline. Amazon's leadership principles are fundamental. No feedback after being interviewed.

Very straightforward and not confusing. Tough but fair questions. Was a two part interview and got an offer after a few days. I don't have anything else I could say about the interview other than what I just said previously
