AWS approached me so the initial handshake was pleasant. The "technical" interview was a disaster. The guy asked everything I had no experience on and the question is mostly theory, nothing hands on. When I ask interviewer a KMS related question, he said just don't let every team use a different KMS. If AWS professional support in my company suggesed that solution, he would have be assign to a new account very quickly.
