Once I received the go for the second interview my prep of the principals and STAR method kicked into high gear. This being said I was ready for a high-quality interview. Instead, I had an interviewer that was late and did not stick to the script. I was shocked by the blank questions and when I drilled down with the hiring manager for specificity, I received the same blanket question. I was perplexed by this. It happened several times during the interview and at one point the interviewer was looking down at his phone for a period of time. At this point, I felt the interview already had his mind made up about another person and completed the interview just because.

The process took a very long time and after 4 rounds of interviwes I got only an auto rejection email. The company check only the Leadership principles, and it looks like they don't have an interest in smth else. Anyway people were nice, the case study was interesting as well.

Did a test task and was called by HR almost immediately for the next round. But salary range (full packet with stock and benefits) and return to office policy did nit much my expectations
very standard. the interviewers had a set of questions to ask about the LPs so we can anticipate beforehand. But I think I got ghosted in the end. One of the interviewers told me about the 2 & 5 rule but its been more than 2 weeks since my last interview and still no response from anyone so idk what happened.
