I think everyone knows that it will be a tech heavy interview. The people interviewing are nice except one who showed no emotion. There is no value if you have Business knowledge in your related field.

I was invited to do assessment for the above position, and was told it will take 2.5hrs, so I did. There was a 2 part coding test, which I finished with tests passed. Then there were work assessments, a series of tests with examples of how actual projects might look like and how would I react. The forst part was e-mail conversation like series where you get asked your opinion, and you give it in a scale 1-5 type format. Then there's two part assessment of random left or right "more like me" personality type test, where first part is more tech oriented and the last one is general approach to work oriented. All in all, it takes about 2.5-3 hours to complete. I got results 8 minutes after submitting the assessment with a reply that after "careful" consideration, they will not proceed forward with my application, and there will be no explanation as to why not! I also reached out to the agent who invited me to this assessment and she said it's their policy to not tell the candidates why they wouldn't move forward. I strongly recommend to first talk to whoever is inviting you to join Amazon, and get all the information confirmed before you even start thinking about doing any assessments, as they have no respect for candidates time at all. I wish law was stricter on hiring practices and obliged both parties equally.
