After a first phone interview with a member with the recruitment team my second step was and interview meeting with the WHS manager. Interviewer was really kind and conversation was fluent.
Unfortunately I was no selected to go further.

I had a virtual interview with two individuals separately. The interview consisted of behavior based questions that they wanted you to answer using the STAR method. After the interview they send you an email telling you whether you are moving on to the next step or not.

Colloquio telefonico online completamente in inglese. Mi hanno scartata perché l'inglese non era all'altezza del ruolo, nonostante le competenze e l'esperienza ,quindi ritengono l'inglese un punto fermo e deve essere davvero fluente.

Very long winded interview process having to jump through 4 different panels from a telephone screen, 1:1 telephone interview, skills test and a panel review videoconference.
There was one particular element where a graduate was doing the interview whom had zero knowledge of the job role been applied for and was quite rude and obnoxious and very institutionalised (i.e. didn't have knowledge of life outside amazon).
