The first interview was a test invitation that consisted in 3 tests. a computer test based in English, a writing one and a Excel one. If you pass these three ones you'll receive a feedback in 2 weeks and they'll invite you to a in-house interviews with three different managers.

How you'll react and solve the problem if you will have to do three big projects for three important clients and the deadline is tomorrow morning? Consider that you wont be able to finish on time because of the amount of work you'll need to do.

The interview process included an assessment and if you qualify for the assessment, a direct video based interview will be scheduled. They mainly observe the body language, patience, keeping their camera off mostly and with some simple question.

It was an informal telephone interview where they ask casual questions and provides time to ask them questions regarding the job. If all is fine, they will offer you to sign the contract and will tell you an approximate start date.
