I made the first step with the HR and the second one with the BD manager. The process and the people were great until I had the third interview with a local manager. The worst interview I ever had, actually, the worst chat I ever had in my life. The person was questioning me and making assumptions on my skills, doubting that my english was good enough when I already had two interviews in english with a positive feedback. Dulcis in fundo were some questions about my personal life that were not on my CV and that I never shared, clearly showing how sexist this person was. I didn’t get an offer and I have no issue with that, I’m sure there were many great candidates for the role! But I think it’s a shame for a huge company like this to have such poor managers around the world.

3 Interviews. First with the recruiter, very friendly and open I enjoyed talking and learning about the position and company. Good advice for the next round with the hiring manager. Who was also very open and friendly, not really a QA but more discussion style, which is I think better if you want to get to know each other. It was all positive and good, I've sent thank you emails and they told me I'd hear back from them in the next week or 2. I've totally been ghosted after the second interview, even after sending 2 follow-up messages. It confuses me especially after a second interview. How hard is it to say yes or no? Anyways, it's not the first time a company does this, but it takes away the transparency/trust that the company claims to have, which makes it even more ironic. Even an automated email would be sufficient. Overall I do believe it's an amazing company if you get the job. Though, the hiring process for me was just disappointing.

First interview with the Talent manager, followed by a conversation with 3 managers: Sales and marketing growth. The process took almost one month. Everything was done remotely and every person i met made great to making me felling confortable.
