Recruiter contacted while I was working FT at a startup. Spoke to the director over phone for an hour and was mainly about my interests and my long term goals. Few analytical based technical questions. Scheduled a onsite interview a week later and spoke to 4 guys. Interview included an extensive coverage on TCP/IP, BGP and Python(though the team works on Perl). Overall I felt my experience at a startup helped a lot to crack this interview.
