HR department is very inefficient. Took 3 weeks before I got interview. Interview was fast and then offer was made in 1 week. There was a technical and managerial phone interview. Within 3 days there was a panel interview with 2 Eng managers, 1 qa manager and hr.

There were 5 rounds
In the first round aptitude,technical mcqs and 3 easy questions were asked
Second round was mostly resume based
In further rounds they asked mostly tree,graph and linked list questions
I got rejected in the second round

Company was hiring only for CIO dept hence asked mostly DBMS questions. They did not describe the role in detail and the interviewer couldn't frame his questions properly.
2 technical rounds and 1 HR round.
