Pretty straight forward. Behaviorals-take home project - final round. All done remote. They send you a nice little pdf and have two people follow through your process. The take home project asks you to basically do something that they do on the job. The instruction is a little vague and they don’t really give you feedback.

Entrevista
The interview process was quite long. I applied online for a 3 month contract position and was contacted within a day. After a phone screening, the recruiter recommended a different role from me, and I was open to being considered for it. He asked to see some writing samples and told me he'd get back to me in 2-4 weeks. After 4 weeks, he emailed me with an assignment. It was quite a demanding task and spent 10 hours completing it. Within 24 hours, I received an email that they would not be moving forward with my application. It was disappointing after working so hard on the assignment. After asking for feedback, he informed me that they went with someone with many more years of experience.

Entrevista
It was a 6-interview process. First with Hiring Manager, then with Manager, then with 2-3 people of the team and then with Core Values Interviewers.
People are nice and ask pretty honest questions. They don't want to make you feel bad.
The process was pretty quick - but I know from other employees it can be longer for other jobs.
