The process started from a screening call with HR and I had a total of 3 rounds.
There are one Hiring Manager Round and Two technical rounds.
The 1st technical round was a coding interview. The question was Find available Slot from a team's busy slots. I explained my logic and the interviewer asked me to write code in Google doc. I felt like the interviewer not comfortable with java and my solution is not matched with what he expected.
The next round was an API design discussion which is related to the airbase file upload API.
I started like design a Dropbox but he narrowing to API design. We had a discussion on designing the API, restricting Data and storing the data, Async process for the background process and database as well.
After this, I got a response -I got rejected.
For airbase, I would suggest ensuring the quality of the interviewer which helps to give the proper feedbacks to candidates.
