Very rushed and interview process. Take home assignment required significant time investment with and the reviewing team looked for holes outside of details included within the rubric. Hiring manager seemed incredibly young and said ‘like’ every other word. Nobody could give a human response when asked what working at airops was like.
Pay was decent but not for the requirement of working 60-80 hours a week.

Don't get scammed by these people. The 'interview' process appears designed to extract free labor under the guise of candidate evaluation.
They reached out to me about this position. I decided to give them a try even though there were red flags early on during what turned out to be a deeply problematic interview process that raises serious concerns about AirOps.
They only allotted 15 minutes for the 'interview' and almost immediately sent over a 5-10 hour take-home 'assignment,' but it also required learning about their platform. They have training materials that take about 4-7 hours to go through.
Then they had a review session with multiple interviewers that took longer than the actual interview. Some of the attendees lack professionalism, with unprepared and distracted interviewers.
Less than 12 hours later they sent the most generic rejection not even mentioning all the work I put into this or providing any feedback or reasoning.
Multiple reviewers report similar experiences of being used for platform testing and content generation or getting ghosted by them after doing the assignment.
Job seekers should thoroughly investigate this company's practices before investing significant time in their recruitment process.
