We appreciate your feedback and understand that a lengthy recruitment process can be frustrating. Our goal is to ensure that we thoroughly evaluate each candidate to find the best fit for our open positions. We also want to give candidates the opportunity to meet more people within Adevinta to assess if we’re a good match for them.
We're actively working on streamlining our processes without compromising the quality of our evaluations, for example by using a standardised scoring system. We are also monitoring candidates’ responses, including reviews on Glassdoor, in order to identify areas for improvement.
