What you’ll do:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master degree: marketing, business, or engineering
• 5 years’ experience in successful implementation Sales and Marketing/Aftermarket based initiatives, Product Management / Product Strategy experience / Program Management

Skills:

• Fluent in English
• Experience in Marketing and Sales / Aftermarket
• Knowledge of products: tranmissions, clutch, torque, engine parts, hydraulics - nice to have
• Experience in automotive or electrical industries
• Solid Microsoft Office skills;
• Program management skills standard tools as PMP/PMI, Certifications
• A results oriented and highly adaptable person who is a supportive team player in a corporateand multicultural environment
• Self-motivated and a strong desire to achieve results
• Good written and verbal communication and influencing skills
• Ability to work in a cross-functional team
• Business acumen Demonstrated leadership style that is consistent with Eaton expectations of leaders (ethical, passionate, accountable, efficient, transparent, learner)
