    El proceso está dividido en 3 partes, primero una llamada de media hora con rrhh, después otra llamada con el lead del equipo en el que trabajarías en la que le cuentas tu experiencia y posteriormente una entrevista con pruebas técnicas de entre 1:30 y 2 horas.

    una primera entrevista con rrhh en inglés y después una entrevista técnica con el tech lead. La conversación en inglés acerca de la experiencia laboral y los estudios. En la entrevista con el tech lead estuvimos hablando acerca de las técnologías que utilizan y alguna prueba técnica de complejidad media.
    Fue un proceso corto y en todo momento fueron agradables conmigo, explicándome su proyecto, la organización de la empresa, y el equipo al que iba a entrar en caso de superar la entrevista.

    I started by applying online and they sent me an email to arrange a quick phone call with the recruiter.
    The call lasted about 15 mins. Asked my why I want to join the company and asked about my day use technologies and if I had an experience with backend development then asked about if I had a visa to work on Spain, after that she asked if I had any questions for them.

    After that I got an online test on codility.com three questions and I should solve them in 2 hours.

    Received an email from recruitment to select a date/time for a phone interview. It was a 20min call to go over my resume, experience, expectations etc. It was a great conversation and then I was told I was gonna be contacted by the position manager to schedule an interview. A week has passed... 2 weeks and nothing! I sent an email to the hr lady whom I had the first interview with just asking for a quick feedback..... No replies....

    Improvement tip: be more respectful and provide any feedback to your candidates. Do not promise things you can't make. A bit of professionalism is appreciated.

    How can a company with such volume as eDreams have such incompetent people within management and the HR team?

    I was reached by an HR Agent, R.muiños, shortly after my application online. We could arrange a video call for the day after. All went smoothly and both parts had time to talk about our expectations and requirements during that video conference.

    After succeeding in that interview, I was appointed for a F2F interview with I.drillaud (Sales Manager) for the next day. On the same day of the interview, the HR Agent calls me to notify me that they need to cancel my meeting and move it one day later. Fortunately, that wasn’t a problem for me so I agreed.

    Finally, the day of the F2F interview arrives, and not only I do not interview with the person I was going to, but I get tested straight away with a role-play, without any kind of previous advice. I did the role play with a Team Lead, C.ieraci, who also took the chance to interview me a little. After this unexpected introduction, I got to chat finally with Isabelle, the person I was supposed to meet in the first instance.

    By the end of the interview with her, she pointed out two things: that they would give me an answer to my application either the day after or by the following week, AND that if I had further questions, she would be glad to answer them by email. And so, that’s what I did.

    From this moment on, they cut off all sort communication, not giving me reply to any of the 4 follow-up emails I sent them the following days. Eventually, the HR Agent reaches back 24 days after my F2F interview, telling me he just got back from vacations. The reply and feedback on his template response email was as follows:

    “The quality of candidate applications has been very high for this role and we were fortunate to meet with some great candidates, including yourself. However, on this occasion, we have chosen to proceed with another candidate that at this moment better fits the position.”

    Really, is that all they have to say?

    The recruiting process has been really fast and smooth.
    I sent my CV and after a couple of weeks I received an email with the link for an online test.
    The test (1 hour) was based on e-commerce related business cases.
    After one week I received the email from the HR for the first phone interview (to generally understand my interest in the both position and the company and my past experience).
    After that, the process has become even faster. I did another interview with some team members and then an interview with the manager.
    Both lasted 1 hour.
    The interviews were divided between a first moment of talks, explanation of the company/of the position, past experience, interest, competencies and so on; and a second moment of solving business cases.
    I received an offer the day after the last interview.
    Moreover, all the people I have talked to have been super nice, professional and friendly.
    I had a very good experience with it. It really motivated me.

    After a first interview with a recruiter you get another one with the engineering team (general question and exercises made online on codepen). Then they schedule a 30 min. call for feedbacks (really appreciated).

    In the feedback call they tell you about what was good/bad in your interview, and talk you about the offer. After a couple of days I've received a written job offer, which I declined (mostly for economic reasons).

    Overall, the best experience interviewing I've had recently.

    Initially I was contacted by HR specialist. I was interested in this opportunity so we arranged a video call. During the call I told more about myself and my experience and HR specialist told me more about the company.

    The next step was a technical interview. The duration of the technical interview was an hour, I was asked some questions related to Swift language, we discussed how I would solve some technical challenges, what architecture approach I would use.

    The next step was a coding challenge. I was given a few days to complete it and submit the result. The challenge was quite interesting and not so simple, I had to think and come up with some new solutions (I never faced the similar challenge before).

    Some time later, after my coding challenge was checked, HR specialist arranged a new video call to share the feedback with me. During this call I found out that they wanted to make me a job offer. In a couple of days I received a job offer email with all details.

    I can say I really enjoyed the whole process and I have only nice impressions about the company. The HR specialist was very professional, positive, and open person. She always replied back to me very quickly if I had some questions, clarified everything in details. The guys who held the technical interview also left only positive impressions. I really regret that I couldn't accept that offer and become a part of their team.
