Position activities:
GTD Science, Infrastructures & Robotics is now looking for a Business Developer for the team who will perform the following tasks:

Support senior management in identifying, developing, and securing new business opportunities.
- Proactively identify, approach, and engage new clients, focusing on sectors aligned with current capabilities while expanding into new markets and accounts.
- Represent the company in marketing initiatives, public relations activities, industry events, and trade shows.
- Lead the identification, qualification, and development of business opportunities, both independently and in collaboration with partners.
- Document commercial information for easy accessibility to company management (contacts, opportunities, etc.).
- Coordinate and contribute to the preparation and submission of bids and proposals in collaboration with management and technical teams.
- Oversee marketing and communication initiatives to strengthen company visibility and branding.
Required Skills and Experience:
-
4–6 years of relevant professional experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Technical background in at least one of the following areas: (I) instrumentation & control, (II) high-performance/real-time computing, or (III) robotics.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage stakeholders at multiple levels.
- Demonstrated track record in business development and client acquisition.
- High degree of autonomy, proactivity, and alignment with company strategy and leadership direction.
- Professional presence and strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness and availability to travel for client or partner meetings, industry events, and other business activities.
Nice to have, knowledge/interest in:

Familiarity with procurement processes and contracting procedures in both public and private sectors.
- Experience/Knowledge of scientific facilities, or complex/specialized installations.
