      Ventajas

      - Flexi working arrangements (work from home and office) - Convenient location with access to BRT bus - Good and flexible benefits and company provides breakfast and lunch

      Desventajas

      - Too many systems being utilised in company and lack of effort to consolidate them all - Part of learning curve is to familiarise with all the systems when they could be centralised - Process changes occur too often within a short span of time

      The benefits are good so far just like any other company

      Desventajas

      Terrible managers Employees are getting away with traveling without using PTO when they are on EDO because they are friends with managers. This raises concerns regarding fairness, policy compliance, and equitable treatment of employees. If the manager dont like you, Your life will be hell and they will find the stupidest mistakes to kick you out. Again, some people get away of not using their pto and they will travel and claim they are working while manager is okay with it. Bunch of hypocrites
