Ventajas
Cool products is about all I can say. Although I rarely see them.
Desventajas
Limited responsibility, little empowerment, incompetent and uncaring management at all levels. Little brand building. LVMH buys world-class brands built over decades and centuries and rapes them of their equity by maximizing financial results with absolutely minimal brand investment. The freebies and discounts on "group" products are surprisingly nonexistant.
