1st round is an Online Group interview with a group of 5. It's an HR interview that mostly focuses on behavioural questions. The HR was not as friendly as I imagine as she only switched on her camera in the end of the interview, but I wonder if she did that on purpose.

The HR was not professional at all. She missed the rescheduled interview and we have to do a second reschedule. During the interview, her tone was not professional and seemed like she is having a casual chitchat with the candidates. When I asked her about the LVMH's salary package structure, she said "You have audited retailer clients, so you tell me"??? I am really shocked with her tone and words which is very aggressive and unpleasant. Throughout the interview, she did not ask anything about my personal information, like background, work experience and so on. In overall, this is the worst interview I have ever had.

Online interview followed by in-person interview. Good opportunity to ask questions about the role and staff. Good learning opportunity and to be with like-minded people. Fun socials and staff discounts

HR was super condescending, giving judgmental looks during an interview process. Questioning everything negatively based on unknowledgeable assumptions thinking that she knows everything. You are representing LVMH you should not give condescending attitude towards an interviewee. HR was a total embarrassment towards LVMH. Will boycott

Very nice. Very informative about what the internship would entail and what would be expected of me. Also very interesting questions were asked and they really took heir time to really understand who I am as a person.

ask about personal experience and excel skills, the process is quick and interviewer is patient. For the excel they asked about pivot table, index and match, if function, etc. I got the offer phone call one day after the interview

Silence radio. Aucun retour après un entretien d'une heure malgré une bonne entente, mon profil qui correspondait à l'offre et un "je reviendrai vers vous sous 1 semaine maximum". Très déçu

Good and not too difficult. The interviewer was nice and not pushy. I enjoyed the process even though it was quite long. I have waited quite some time before receiving an offer and chose another opportunity.

I joined a group interview, after submitting a video of myself on youtube. The questions asked by the hr was: Introduce yourself. Opinion on 6 month deferral of graduation. How do you manage work life balance.
