This is a highly toxic, cutthroat workplace that pretends to be fun and energetic. Everyone here is so fake, and if you're a woman, you need to wear tight short skirts and high heels or you'll be reprimanded by not upholding the company's image. The men account managers are immature frat boys. Everyone's coerced to attend happy hour and you also have to work overtime without getting compensated for it. The girls who work there are sorority type girls and would date account managers and SMs to get ahead. I'm not joking. The work itself is tedious (lots of cold-calling) and you'll end up working 7:30 am - 6 pm. People there are always out to get you and micromanagement is a huge problem. You really need to drink the kool-aid and flatter as you can to keep your job. Don't even bother applying if you have any ounce of integrity and morals. Also, they only hire attractive women caked with makeup and will make fun of you if you aren't at least a 10/10 in the looks department. No work life balance whatsoever because you'll work overtime every day and you're obligated to attend happy hour and parties with them and if you look like you're not having fun, you'll be ostracized and bullied.
