Ventajas
Pay and work environment are adequate. Co-workers by and large are dedicated, friendly and helpful.
Desventajas
Senior management is hopelessly out of touch and insulate themselves against the realities of the people who actually do the work. Middle management is completely free of integrity and honesty. Vast majority are incompetent and wholly unsuited for managing people. Their only concern is keeping their own butts out of trouble. Human Resources group appear to be psychopathic and delusional. Career advancement is independent of talent and skills, but is based 99% on how much management likes you. Outsourcing to offshore "resources" has been an utter disaster, management chooses to ignore all the problems. Benefits are third-rate, retirement benefits miserly.
