      Ventajas

      Horrible work culture set by leaderships, employees are overworked at all levels and badly treated by managers. Working 18 hours a day is a normal and little appreciation who has joined an amazon environment. Hire/Fire principle.

      Desventajas

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
