      You can grow your career, both vertically and laterally. You can bring your dogs to the office!

      Desventajas

      Be prepared to be underpaid a couple of years in against new hires. The promotion and performance review process is fairly subjective with little to no transparency - it really depends on whether or not you end up with a great manager. But, a great manager is a needle in the haystack.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
