      -Onboarding process for first day/week/ month, 3 months -Time/budget allocated to settle-in as well as to study for certification(s) -Mentor/buddy provided as well from start to answer questions & help throughout - High engagement from direct manager to find right assignment according to skills as well as accommodate interests -Very clear KPIs that are reasonable/within reach -Very elaborate & well-articulated promotion process -Competitive pay -

      Desventajas

      -It is always 'Day one" and things change very fast with the result that sometimes it is difficult to keep up. Needs prioritisation on assigned tasks/KPIs as well at specifics of the customer at hand each time.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Desventajas

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
