      Ventajas

      I always talk about the level of ownership I get when I execute my job to my friends and family. Whatever I do I keep my customers as my priority be it an internal or external. This is a super fast growing firm that encourages and develops people for their potential and ability to act for customers.

      Desventajas

      Sometimes I feel there are ways things can improve. From a planning standpoint, things change every now and then and most of the times we call that bias for action which I do not approve of many times.

      Good pay Clean facilities Safe environment

      Desventajas

      Even though I had a bachelor's, I was never considered for management position. Hopefully you live nearby or tolls across the bridge will kill your income.

      Really smart people, a lot of opportunity for growth, always encouraged to be innovative, think big, and create something new. Competitive salary and benefits with other major tech companies. 100% self motivating work environment. No dress code and 4 legged friends are welcome.

      Desventajas

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
