      Innovation is key. Keeping an open mind to make changes for the better. Keeping on the move at all times to make changes and better the process is necessary to survive.

      Desventajas

      Some members of management became entitled. They used that attitude towards other management members who actually worked well with associates on the floor.

      You have to be self motivated. NO ONE will hold your hand and tell you that you're doing a great job. If you need constant affirmations from management, this company isn't for you.
