Strong mission and genuinely good people. High autonomy in my role, with room to choose the right approach and be recognized for impact. Feedback loops are excellent so far, and mentorship has been available when I’ve needed it. The pace can get high at times, but day-to-day is generally manageable. Comp and benefits are above market (for Argentina).

The people here are genuinely great — collaborative, sharp, and easy to work with across teams. There's a real sense that what you're building actually matters, which is hard to find at a lot of tech companies. On the technical side, the work is interesting and you get real autonomy to own your projects and drive decisions without being micromanaged. Leadership trusts you to figure things out, which makes a big difference day to day. Work-life balance is solid too — it's not one of those places where you're expected to be online at all hours.
