      Don't waste time with this company if you have no experience, and if you have, go with a more serious company that pays more. The process is online. They are using class-based components with no opportunity to learn new react features. The recruitment process is 2 months maybe more all in all. First, you got an assignment to build a shopping web page from Figma. that is one month. After that is reviewing the result for 3 weeks. If you pass the assignment you got an interview and another assignment from their technology pack that you have to do in 6 hours. I solve the two assignments but still no offer. The job title is Junior react developer Trainee, and they give a chance to no experience developers. I dedicated 3 months to this job post and they told me that I have to study more. The job title is trainee but they expect to know like a senior developer. Don't waste time with this company if you have no experience. They will tell you that you will gain experience with their assignment but again it is not an experience till you get to work with a team or mentor. Of course, I have to study more which is why I apply for a trainee position, I expect to be trained and study of course. And the salary for the requirements they looking for is very low. Again, DON"T waste time with this company

      Hello! Thank you for your feedback! It helps us to re-evaluate and improve our processes. While we're sorry to hear about your negative experience with us, we appreciate your feedback! Yes, we agree that our recruitment process is longer compared to other companies. The long recruitment process - also the test assignments - can be beneficial to the candidate. For example, if the candidate did not succeed in having a job offer, the person has materials for learning and upgrading his/hers skillset. We are convinced that this process with each candidate is not a waste of time. We understand the disappointment when a rejection is received after hard work instead of an offer. Since we are open to IT newbies without previous work experience, the long recruitment process, and test assignments have proven to work best to understand if both sides are ready to agree on the employment. Regarding gaining experience, that is true and a promise we keep religiously. Once we have agreed on the employment, you will have a supportive team and a mentor to reach out to for advice. However, before that in the test assignment, you have to prove that you can be independent and have a basic knowledge base to kick start from. Also, regarding raised salary topic, it is important to note, that initial salary levels for juniors are junior-level. We train and invest in the newcomers for weeks and months (training courses, mentoring, and other resources), so they can become independent employees and successfully work on real-life projects.       Scandiweb sent me a task to develop a front-end application (class-based) based on a Figma design they provide. They also provide the back-end application with the GraphQL scheme and dummy data. The task had no specific deadline. After the task, I had two interviews, HR and tech. The interviews where straight-forward. My only downside that I was not familiar with Magento, which they rely on in their projects and which the job title (junior React developer) assumes you are. I think I should have applied for an intern position instead. In the tech interview, I had another task to deliver in one day, as I remember. The task wasn't that big, but it depended on the tech stack they use.
