Hr round just normal formalities to get to know your reason for applying, how much expecting and other routines.
Team Lead is - technical view of the project which you have worked previously
Head of Manager - scenario based situations, and how you handled it.

Interviewer were very particular about how well you know the industry.
Make sure you know the industry and business model well before going for the interview. Apart from that, the interview was casual, interviewer and HR were friendly.
