Phase 2: In-person interview with local leadership (all behavioral questions within a resume review)
Phase 3: Was told it would be a Skype with out of town leadership
It's been a strange process as my recruiter left and then others in the company left. It's been hard getting feedback.

Hardest part was the language barrier - the interviewers spoke fluent English but with accents. Once I got used to that, it was easy sailing.
