Extremely disorganised, screening call was rescheduled within a hour of call, had to be pushed back for the next following week. Found out that I’ve passed the screening call after hearing nothing for 2 weeks, another recruiter got in contact with me to say I’ve passed and moved for a video call with two members. The video call was very vague, questions were based on STAR interview process but the interview was very much one way. When I asked them explain to me how’s the company culture at the office? Their reply was ‘it’s great.’ At that point I knew it wasn’t for me as they’ve continued to answer my questions with one words with no details or examples.
To be honest, I’ve never had a good experience as a customer when buying from eBay due to constantly getting scam anyways.
The recruiter was friendly and I was able to move forward. I prepared well for the role and getting information about eBay. It was a straightforward round with typical questions on behavioral and functional.
Never made it to zoom interview. Went through initial screening. Seemed like a great role. Back and forth about salary expectations. Would love to apply again when job is available again. But no interview or offer

5 interviews, general questions, nothing complicated - mostly about my past working experience since I came from the same industry and had a profile that they were looking for It took quite long to get the offer given internal approvals. Overall good impression.
