I was contacted by a TA specialist and scheduled an initial interview, which was rescheduled on the same day, 3 hours before it was due to start because the recruiter hadn't yet aligned with the hiring manager. When the interview did take place, it started 10 minutes late and lasted only 20 minutes. Evening of that same day, I was asked to complete a technical live coding interview the following morning, which didn't allow reasonable time to prepare or plan around existing commitments. I ultimately withdrew my application. The process felt rushed and poorly coordinated, and I'd hope future candidates have a smoother experience.
